Team Building

A Salsa or Swing Jive class integrates perfectly with a day of Team-Building

As an indoor activity: Salsa and Swing Jive are not dependant on the weather or time of year.

 

Classes typically run from half an hour up to one hour. Team members are first shown, as a group, some basic Salsa/Jive footwork; they are then partnered up and taught a simple, yet challenging, Salsa/Jive dance routine. The routine is built up in stages, with practice to music at the end of each stage. Members change partners at regular intervals, enabling them to engage with different people within the group. At the end of the lesson, music is played for everyone to practice the whole Salsa or Swing Jive dance routine to.

 

The Salsa/Jive class is run in a relaxed and informal manner, peppered with lots of good-humoured banter and laughter.
